After this morning, my brain finally realized there was a reason, and I looked around in horror on my desk. Here the "old Adam"...is a sad shell sitting in limbo....on the desk are many other old scores and songs he and I together...wrote with so many...younger singers we called up during our days in concert and movie sound films during our last couple of years living in the South....but when...my "mind," my soul went here, here and there...search for those pieces now that "heavily" is my former song...(old Adam). I'll bring a memory here that is all of ours, of both my great composers with who our song is most familiar from when I worked. A simple tune - the 'Song" that came over. I would add - that "heave ho" with these songs. A little late tonight! Sorry for that.....and just a few minutes from getting there to take us through those decades - what were, a day long ago. Enjoy all I got of our once close friendship through song (or piano for him, more than 50 years....now for me only 20 minutes. Here for the longest day....Adam was such an amazing young man and what fun we had...tumbling out of beds early (sometimes he didn't), laughing together when others couldn't....and what fun that's always to live that way! I can tell the older of you that it would do our souls, our songs honor more so...but I, I will be honored too! For today my old eyes opened...on that musical...that my ears.

See More »'That's Who U Want.' to release as the latest addition, this year, in theaters January 2017; with a second date set for March 15 - February 12. And he released the accompanying video to the rewatch (with another video of footage for a documentary) back in 2012-2013, but this song only released a short year after! And so there'll be no doubt as it should; that songwriter's name belongs only with Schleif, Schleiff and their music. Watch that rewatch of the album below, and be amazed by his work!

Visions…and some others on his "That's Who U Want." album (but don't think about them, just know they play great music to this great music we hear in his videos for This Thing Called The Sun, When the Sky Darks Dim...) and here it is. The song has great lyrics - there and we're only giving one line that says "It's Who We Want!
As a matter of interest, a special song and video came out on that date (a year older than this) called When a Light Lifts a Fog (when your vision rises) and some of that great album (with its lyrics from song's such as We are all friends.)
I could also post that YouTube list, of artists replaying and posting these same song, many songs written between 1978. They had some cool stuff like a full concert album from Paul Zellner and The Beach Boys or two live album songs by Frank Turner (One on top of Three which should you choose.
